Transformation and Organizational Design

Each organization is unique, and we do not believe that benchmarks are universal; every company culture is different and evolves in a very specific context with its incumbent people and teams.

We base our work on these axioms and engage our clients to transform their perception of work and people, so that they apply this transformation mindset to their decision-making.

Our goal is to maximize the usage of the internal resources since they are usually more valuable than an external recruitment.

Our methodology is inspired by and adapted from two bodies of scientific research into the nature of work: the Bioss Four Journeys concept and the Stratified Systems Theory (SST) associated with the Eco-System model.

Together, they form the basis of our tools – designed to unlock the inner strengths of both businesses and individuals.

Analyzing the Extant Organization
The official organizational structure of a company rarely reflects the reality of the work being done and the informal center of decision-making power.
Before proposing any transformation, we analyze the real work people do on each level of the organization and their autonomy (building the real (extant) org-chart), to understand missing and overlapping tasks, as well as their fit to the strategic intent of the company.
We evaluate the functionality and efficiency of the main processes.
Building a New Structure
Afterwards we help you create a new structure with the right functions in terms of who is the service provider, what should be done in terms of systems, and ensure that everything is functioning in direct connection to the company’s strategy.
We provide our clients a blueprint of the work to be done at each hierarchical level and how it will flow between levels and across functions. (Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities).
